This week I will continue with Alex Elmsleys A Rebours (Against the Grain) for the talkmagic competition. I need to work on the presentation and patter before filming the final video.
As of Sunday, I have decided to go back to basics with a review of the classic texts. I am starting with The Expert at the Card Table and limiting myself to overhand shuffle controls and cold deck cuts. No effects to speak of, I am simply trying to get my technique as smooth and as controlled as possible.
